Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over $99 in the USA only. We currently do not ship internationally.
All in stock items are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
All orders placed after 5pm will be processed on the following business day.
Made-To-Order items and Custom Candle Creations are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Details:
You will be sent an email confirmation after placing your order.
Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped. Please note, the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 24-48 hours to update after your order has shipped.
Large orders might be shipped in multiple packages. If you receive only part of your order, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for your remaining items to arrive.
Although we do our very best to meet these shipping estimates, we cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping carrier. Domestic orders shipped within the continental U.S. may take up to 7 business days to arrive after the package has left our shop.
Once your package leaves our facility, we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. Kravn Lane Creations is not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.
